to ensure satisfied fit of your item, please record measurements precisely with tape measure in inches.

All garments and accessories are custom and made-to-order, so please allow up to 21 days for all items to be processed, and 7 days for shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and liable once the product has been dispatched from our facility.
Lost packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that an accurate, safe, and secure address is provided. We are unable to cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor do we have the authority to collaborate with the shipping company to locate your packages, especially if the tracking information confirms that delivery of package. Denim Kouture can only check the tracking information, the same one that is provided to all customers when they receive their confirmation email. If the tracking information confirms that it has been delivered, we will assume that it has been delivered and that other external variables were at play.

all items are available for exchange only. no refunds are permitted.
Item(s) must be returned in original conditions, neatly packed and with all tags still attached. The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers etc.) and must have a copy of the packing list inside.
The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. Denim kouture (DK) accepts exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color-way. Please allow up to 14 business days for your new item to be shipped after we have received the article that is to be exchanged. The customer is responsible for all shipping. Once the exchange is made the customer will receive a new tracking number once the item(s) have been shipped.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.
In order to start the exchange process the customers can contact denim kouture at denimkouture@gmail.com. Please state the order number and reason for return. The customer is then responsible to ship the product back to the sent address.
Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to Denim kouture avoiding any confusion . Item(s) that will not match DK’S return policy will not be taken into consideration and can be sent back to the customer at his or her own cost.
